I have over 10 years experience with computers. Most recently for the past 4 years I have worked the support / help desk for a national bank. During the time with that job I have excelled in troubleshooting and customer service. I earned a certificate from the STI Knowledge Group as Certified Help Desk Professional. I learned that nothing was impossible and the ability to find resources to solve most any situation.

On the creative side. I paint with oils, write fiction and edit graphics on the computer. Here I have learned that through the no limits attitude of the web, that anything is possible. Imagination is only limited by the resources. And the resources are plentiful.

I want to build a relationship with you. Just having a good customer base, is not good enough.
